Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping — Canada & USA
All standard shipping costs for orders within Canada and the United States are included on orders over CA$299.
For orders under CA$299, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide from Calgary, Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
If you don't see shipping available to your country at checkout, please contact us directly at thediecastleague@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: International delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimated only. Delays due to customs inspections or global shipping disruptions may occur and are beyond our control.
Important Notice for International Customers
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), tariffs, or customs fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are:
- Not included in our product prices or shipping fees
- Solely the responsibility of the customer
- Determined entirely by your local customs authority — we have no control over these costs
We strongly recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order to understand any applicable import fees. Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.
Delivered But Not Received?
Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Diecast League is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Packages lost after confirmed delivery
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately and provide available evidence such as security camera footage, proof of incorrect or missing signature, or any other supporting documentation.
Please note: We are unable to file insurance claims without sufficient proof of non-delivery. US shipments are currently not insured by default. We will do our best to assist in investigating the issue; however, we cannot accept responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, particularly on uninsured shipments.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost before delivery by the carrier, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns — Acrylic Display Cases
Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns on acrylic display cases.
Here's why: our cases are large, fragile, precision-built products. Every single unit is personally inspected and carefully packed by us before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Given the size and fragility of these cases, return shipping by the buyer carries a significant risk of damage in transit — and at that size, the cost of return shipping would not be reasonable for the buyer.
We take quality seriously and stand behind every item we ship. If your case arrives damaged due to a shipping fault, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
