Acrylic LED Display Cases — No Returns

Our acrylic LED display cases are made to order and are highly fragile by nature. As such, we do not accept returns on these items.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your case arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, we are more than happy to work with you toward a resolution. Please follow the steps below to report an issue.

How to Report an Issue

We highly recommend recording a clear unboxing video every time your order arrives. This serves as your proof and significantly speeds up any resolution process.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to report any of the following:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at thediecastleague@gmail.com with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Please do not open or use the item — we'll help resolve it together.

Return Eligibility

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped
  • We do not send out damaged items unless clearly stated in the product title or description
  • All products may have minor manufacturer shelf wear such as worn corners or small imperfections

📦 Pre-Orders & Cancellations

Pre-order items are listed months in advance. We truly appreciate your patience and support!

If you choose to cancel a pre-order or any order, a 10% cancellation fee (based on order total including shipping) will apply. This covers:

  • Non-refundable Shopify transaction fees (6% + $0.30)
  • Restocking costs

Before placing a pre-order, please ensure:

  • The item is exactly what you want
  • You understand the estimated release window
  • You have reviewed our full shipping policy

If we cancel the order on our end, no cancellation fee will be charged.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility & Lost Packages

Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Diecast League is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Packages lost after confirmed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure before placing your order.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us with supporting evidence such as video footage, incorrect or missing signature, or any other relevant documentation
  • We are unable to file insurance claims without sufficient proof

Please note: If your package is held at a local post office and not picked up within the required timeframe, it may be disposed of and not returned to us. We are unable to assist in such cases.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer — we will provide return instructions if your return is approved

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, tampering, missing parts, or does not meet our return requirements.
